Wills Horsebox Bar Standard Hire
Our booking fee is £250.00 – this covers the cost of setting up the bar and two trained members of staff per event. The amount you pay on top will depend on the three options below and anything bespoke you wish to add to the bar.
This is a mixture of the two options above. You can provide a certain number of complimentary drinks (token system available) and then your guests pay when this has finished.
Your guests will not pay a penny. You let us know your budget and the number of guests to cater for, we can agree on a fixed price per head to keep the drinks flowing.
We stock the bar with our standard Wills menu of prosecco, wine, beers and spirits (lets us know any preferences). Your guests pay for their own drinks by cash or card.
