Since leaving, he has held several senior positions working with executive teams to develop organisational growth through people skills, competencies and team dynamics.
Over the last few years, Adam has been working within the logistics industry and has built a strong and reliable courier business with outstanding customer service.

Natalie started her career in performing arts attending Italia Conti and Sylvia Young Theatre School leading to an active career in theatre, TV and Film.
After establishing her own dance academy, Natalie moved into the world of recruitment after starting a family.
